All bookings will be made via our online booking system, This can be found at www.stellapumpkin.com, enquiries and availability checks can still be made manually but a place will only be guaranteed once booked through our website using woo commerce and you receive a confirmation email.
All Payments to be paid in full at time of booking.
We aim to confirm class bookings via email within 48hrs of booking.
Should for any reason the class be unavailable we will Endeavour to offer an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
Payment can be made in full at the time of booking alternatively 50% payment can be made at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 2 weeks prior to the party date. Your booking and deposit will be forfeited if payment has not reached us 2 weeks prior. Changes / amendments to confirmed Party dates cannot be guaranteed and will be strictly subject to availability.
Availability to pay in instalments can be facilitated but must be agreed in advance.
It is with regret that no refunds will be offered under any circumstances once a booking has be been made. Classes are booked months in advance and any late cancellations mean that other customers may have been denied a place on the class.
We are unable to transfer your booking to another date should you no longer make the date. Please double check before purchasing your desired class.
Please plan your journey ahead of time. We will not admit anyone more than 30minutes late to any class as it will be unlikely that you will catch up on time. Arriving late could potentially disadvantage the other students. In such circumstances we will not offer an alternative date and your booking will be lost, no money will be refunded. All classes are designed and structured for learning. I encourage these techniques/recipes and designs to be replicated for your own cake making purposes. However you are prohibited from using any Stella Pumpkin class content in any class you may wish to teach (in the future).
In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to sickness, weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date for the cancelled class. If the date is unsuitable a full refund will be given.
In the unlikely event of you requiring to cancel a private party a full refund will only be given if the party is cancelled outside of 6 weeks prior to the agreed date, Where possible Stella Pumpkin will try to fit in a replacement date and will strictly be subject to availability if required.
Ensuring health and safety all children under 5 attending Pre School parties and workshops must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the class.
All parties for children must have one or more adult present throughout the duration of the party.
Written Permission will be sought before any videos or photos are taking or used commercially.
N.B Food colourings are used, these ‘may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children’
Allergens – No dietary requirements are catered for unless otherwise discussed prior to booking. Cakes and ingredients may contain some or the 14 Allergens such as Eggs.
Unless otherwise arranged all classes/workshops and parties are held within the Stella Pumpkin (professional) cake studio in Livingston. A short 5 minute drive from M8 junction 3 or 3a.

All cakes and baking will be safely packaged before leaving the cake studio. You are then solely responsible for the safe transportation of the cakes. Stella Pumpkin recommends that all cakes that are collected are positioned on a flat surface during transportation ideally and for example in the boot of a car.
Stella Pumpkin will take no responsibility for any damage to cakes after collection is complete.
All cakes can be delivered if pre-arranged, depending on location a small fee may be incurred. All wedding cakes will be delivered and set up at venue.
At Stella Pumpkin we pride ourselves on delivering the highest possible service to our customers. We aim to provide a personal service as well as delivering a product you are happy with. We endeavour to continue and improve our services, therefore appreciate any feedback that can help us improve further. In the rare circumstance where you are not 100% satisfied we advise you contact us directly via email or telephone ASAP thus ensuring we can deal with your grievance efficiently and accordingly.
